| 抄録 | In June 2001 the Judicial System Reform Council prepared a final opinion in writing and sub-mitted the same to the Cabinet. The Intellectual Property Strategic Committee, replying to the above, prepared the “Fundamental Principles of Intellectual Property Strategy” in July 2002. In accordance with the above principles, this Sub-committee selects an expert committee mem-ber system, patent courts, collection procedure of evidence prior to institution of litigation and en-hanced protection of trade secrets from matters regarding enhanced protection of intellectual property, and further, makes the following proposal after discussing trials on schedule that is proceeded with from the standpoint of accelerated trials. |
