JIPA training programs are provided exclusively to Regular Members and Supporting Members of the Association. Details, including training programs, are not disclosed to non-members.
We encourage you to become a JIPA member and take advantage of our training programs.

“Intellectual Property Management” Journal
I would like to submit an article to the “Intellectual Property Management” journal.

Kansai, Tokai, and Kyushu Regions
I would like to participate in the Tokai District Council or the Chugoku, Shikoku and Kyushu District Council.
To participate in the Tokai District Council or the Chugoku, Shikoku and Kyushu District Council, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be a member of the Association (JIPA).
- You must have a business office located in the Tokai region or the Chugoku, Shikoku, or Kyushu region.

JIPA Activities and Procedures

If you do not know your login ID, please contact your company’s designated member representative, a JIPA officer, or the administrative staff within your organization.
Under “Your Member Information” in the Association’s member services, you can view the data of all registered users.

Regarding withdrawal procedures
Please complete the required information on the withdrawal form and send it to jimukyoku@jipa.or.jp After the matter is reported to the Board of Directors, we will contact you with formal confirmation.
If you need the withdrawal form template, please check the Various Procedures.

Before submitting the withdrawal form, please confirm whether there are any outstanding payments, such as unpaid training fees or charges for materials provided at actual cost. If there are any outstanding balances, please settle them promptly.

Two copies of the “Intellectual Property Management” Journal are sent each month per member.
The delivery address is the address of the member representative registered in the member services system. If you wish to change the mailing address, please refer to “Association Training Service User Guide (p.6): Change of Member Representative” and make the necessary changes.

Members that have business offices located in the relevant regions are eligible to participate in the Tokai Regional Council and the Chugoku–Shikoku–Kyushu Regional Council.
If you wish to join or withdraw from a regional council, please contact the Kansai Office representative.
