

On April 17, 2007, 25 members of Japan IP Practice Committee, AIPLA come to JIPA to have the annual opinion exchange. 15 people, mainly members of International Patent Committee #1 attended the meeting from JIPA side.
JIPA attendees consisting mainly International Patent Committee #1 reported about Japanese E-filing System based on last year’s Agreement of Trilateral Meeting and demonstrated Application software and its support software.
AIPLA member made presentations on M&A, IP management in multinational companies, American patent law revision and so on.
Due to a long friendship between AIPLA and JIPA, the meeting was in a friendly atmosphere from beginning to end, and it was in two-hour-brief -meeting, but covered a lot.
